       Do you make referrals to realtors in other cities and states?
       I have 10 years experience as a broker in Gainesville, Florida USA and one-third of my business comes from referrals. 
       I will gladly pay you, if are a licensed agent or broker, a referral fee, at closing, for your customers who are relocating to North Central Florida - The Heart of Florida, who you refer to me.
       I will gladly send those of you who are licensed real estate agents or brokers in any state or country, referrals for my customers who are relocating to your area.
       Gainesville, Florida's real estate market has been much more stabile then most of the rest of Florida and the United States.  The University of Florida with about 50,000 students and Santa Fe College with about 16,000 students provide a good foundation for real estate demand.
       This part of Florida is a growing retirement area for senior citizens who are moving in from other states and countries, and other parts of Florida.
