By: Clint Miller Real Estate Client Referrals www.recr.com
On: 8/27/2008 2:57:00 PM
One of the more routine activities of a Realtors(c) job is to write copy for the ads that are used to support your listings. Whether those be online, print, brochures, or flyers, the goal of these ads is create a positive explanation of the property that will increase the flow of traffic to that ad from interested buyers. And, lets face it.... that is the ultimate goal in this form of advertising.
However, it is fairly easy to fall into the gre ...

Real Estate Market Conditions
By: Ilyce Glink
On: 9/3/2008 3:58:00 PM
I'll admit to it: When home prices were soaring in my neighborhood, it made me feel really smart.
Like so many millions of other homeowners, we concluded that we
chose the right house in the right neighborhood at the right time. And
as the years went by, and all of us on the block could count our home
appreciation month by month, all this paper equity made us feel
financially secure, as in "Now we know how we're going to pay our
college tuition bills down the road."
