Fear of the overall economy, deepened recession, job losses etc seems to really be dampening the recovery of the Logan Real Estate market.
I had a young couple that was planning on buying a home in Hyrum, but backed away after the inspection because his hours were cut back. My brother in law wants to buy, and can afford to buy, but a worker at his firm was just laid off. He fears more layoffs may be coming.
