Listings from MLS These are properties that Agents and Brokers who are members of their Board of REALTORS® input the listings that they have taken into a system called the Multiple Listing Service. This is a marketing database available to Real Estate Professionals created to provide accurate and detailed data about properties for sale.
For Sale By Owner Properties (FSBO's) These are properties that are listed by the owner (seller) of the property without the use of a real estate professional and are not listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Agent Uploads - Exclusive Listings These are listings that agents and brokers upload into RealSeekr as we may not cover their Multiple Listing Service (MLS) area yet or it is a listing that the agent or broker has that their MLS may not accept due to the type of Listing taken.

Thanks to Joe at Sellsius, we got one of the MeMe baton’s – what’s a MeMe you ask?...great question…so we checked out Wikipedia for a little background and intellectual insight – way too technical for our liking, so we posed the question to Google next – far too many results to pour over (and I won’t even mention one of them that we found on YouTube…we’ll let you Google for that one LOL)…So who did we turn to for a simple explanation, someone with their finger on the pulse of internet marketing – that’s right, Mr. Chris Garrett – aka @chrisgarrett for those of you that love Twitter – the self-confessed web geek. Low and behold, Chris has been Meme’d a few times. Thankfully he’d written a blog post entitled “What is a Blog Meme” that broke it all down into digestible pieces. Armed with far more Meme knowledge than we had at the outset and inspired by the words of the many that had been Meme’d before us, here are 6 things that you may not know about Gia and Grant that might bring a smile to your face and which we would have gladly divulged, and will most likely spill a few more, if you buy the drinks at our next meet up:
1. GiaGrant Gia snores (you can have number 2 dear) – not loudly of course, it’s much more of a melodic rhythmical breathing exercise performed continuously between 10:00pm and 6:00am. It’s completely understandable of course as Gia works incredibly hard all day wearing multiple hats – Community Manager at RealSeekr.com, Real Estate Broker with GoListing.com, mother, wife, chef etc – as for Grant – well I’m an insomniac – so no, I don’t snore as I’m never in bed long enough to hear about it the following day.
2. Grant is a Sports Nut and if he had his way would have auditioned for either Sky Sports News in the UK or ESPN as an Announcer. In no particular order, here are some of Grant’s favorite teams – all of which he has outfits for when he’s rooting them all on LOL – Liverpool (English Soccer), NY Mets (MLB), San Diego Chargers (NFL), Europe in the Ryder Cup (Golf), England (Soccer). Personally, I think Grant’s language is a little too colorful for mainstream TV – but that’s because he’s so passionate LOL
3. If Gia could have her choice of vocations she’d have her own Cooking Show – on TV, Radio and the Internet, as well as a few hundred self-authored Recipe Books. Move out of the way Emerill, Rachael, Ramsay, Prudhomme…and you too Jamie…Gia will knock your socks off with what she can conjure up in the kitchen…as well as being The Principessa di Proprieta…Gia is the Queen of Paella.
4. Grant loves Books, Crosswords, Board Games, Movies, Re-Runs of West Wing, Dramas and Musicals – he does the New York Times Crossword every day (in Ink – doesn’t that make you mad that some people just don’t need a pencil) and his favorite authors are Martin Gilbert, Primo Levi, Elie Wiesel, Milan Kundera and Umberto Eco (to name just a few – I had to look at his bookcases to reveal that one).
5. Gia has a large Italian family – now when I say large, I’m talking thousands! The next party we have I’ve decided that they’re all getting nametags (first and last names) – I didn’t know she had so many cousins and uncles called “Joe” (and variations too). They also need to bring their own bottles of Red Wine and leave our Barolo alone LOL
6. Grant loves to travel – before we met, Grant had probably filled up a couple of passports with the various stamps from the countries he’s visited – his favorite places that he’s been to are Israel, Italy, Spain, Jamaica. On his wish list of places to see before he hangs up his backpack are: India, Argentina, Cost Rica, Japan and the French Polynesian Islands.
Oh…and his lucky number is 7!
