I always said If I knew then, what I know now...and it is NOW again!

Simply stated, when I entered the real estate profession eleven years ago my first sale was a home in a great location South of Montauk in East Islip New York for a whopping $153,000.  At that time, it seemed costly for this two bedroom starter home, though mint condition and primely located as it were.  A few years later, that same home was selling for approximately $379,000 and would have went quickly at that.  I often said to myself "if I had known I would have bought a few of them!"  Well, here we are, in the prime of the market for opportunity.  Home values have decreased with our economic times and inventory is at an all time high.  I sit and ponder, do consumers not realize that this is opportunity knocking at their door?  Our economy always comes full circle.  We are in the center of the revolve and if you are considering investing now is the time.  If I knew then what I know now...and it is NOW again.  I am looking at the chance to not sit back and make those same statements to myself seven years from now.  Invest in your future, invest in your market of real estate, where the returns are far greater in the years to come.
